CTA: Liquid K2, a style of synthetic cannabis that triggers erratic actions when smoked, is being smuggled to inmates from the mail, sprayed on letters and webpages of books. This way of K2 is much more challenging to detect than conventional leafy K2 products which appear far more like cannabis.
